    x with an arrow above it (for vector notation)

    how to I get an x with an arrow above it e.g.  x^{\rightarrow} but with the x actually above it.

    Hello, hmmmm!

    How do I get an x with an arrow above it?

    As Opalg suggested, we can use \vec v: . \vec v

    For larger expressions, we can use \overrightarrow{AB}: . \overrightarrow{AB}
