    first time with latix

    Hello.
    I am mathematics student.
    am looking for learning latex.
    but i cant run the code . and i cann't get the output.
    so i write the code but i cann't run it .
    what i maust do ??
    and dose there any program that i maust install beside winedt ???

    Yes, you need to install a LaTeX system. I personnally recommend ditching winedt, and downloading the full MiKTeX system for Windows (google search). You'll have a full-blown environment, and you can use TeXWorks to write stuff and output a nice-looking PDF !

    You have to install a LaTeX distribution. For windows there are two of them:

    I'm using TeX Live. Both can be easily installed, just download the net installer, start it and follow the instructions.
