Inserting Graphs Into Latex

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a way to more effectively use Latex for notes in class. My main problem is graphs. What is the fastest way to insert a graph into a Latex document? (The graphs can be either functions f(x) = something or a vector in 2 or 3D (preferably using the parametric form as input)). Is there a quick way to do this? If not, is there a way to do this at all?

I use TeXnicCenter by the way, but if there is something much better, I'll switch.

Thanks,
