    Angle Bisector

If an 80-degree angle is bisected and then each new angle is bisected, what is the measure of the smallest angle formed?

    My Work:

An angle bisector cuts an angle into two equal parts.
The first bisected angle makes 2 angles each 40 degrees.
If I then cut 40 degrees in half, I get 2 smaller angles each 20 degrees.

    Is this correct?

Yes, of course. 1/2 of 1/2 is 1/4 and 1/4 of 80 degrees is 20 degrees.
