    Find An Equation

    Find an equation of the line that intersects the
    circle at (0, -1) and is perpendicular to the radius drawn at that point.

    I came up with y = -1. I am wrong.

    If what you refer to as "the circle" is the circle of radius 1 centered at (0,0), then your answer is correct.
