    volume and surface area of circular prism

    Can someone give me the steps I have to take to find the volume and surface area of a circular prism please? (what do I put into a calculator) I have the answers but need to know how to do it myself. The volume is 1848 cm, the s/a is 836 cm. The height of the prism is 12cm and the radius 7cm.

    SA = 2\pi r(r+h)

    r = 7, h=12

    SA = 2\pi \times 7(7+12) = \cdots



    V = \pi r^2h

    r = 7, h=12

    V = \pi \times7^2\times12 = \cdots
