    Analytic geometry help?

    Question:
    For the given equation,find it's new equation if the origin is translated to the new origin as indicated.
    3x+y-5=0 ; O'(2,3)

    Attempt:
    x=x'+2
    y=y'+3
    3(x'+2)+(y'+3)-5=0
    3x'+6+y'+3-5=0
    3x'+y'=-4

    Am I correct?
