is there is any simple way to find Rectangle intersect with aa ARC?

It depends on how you define "simple". If the rectangle's side are parallel to the x,y axis then the intersection is very simple to compute. Subtract the center coordinates of the arc from the (x,y) coordinates of all four sides of the rectange. Then a Square/SquareRoot calc will produce a dimension that is to be added/subtracted to the coordinates of the center of the arc. The difference of those coord will tell you just where the intersections occur or if no intersection can occur.
That doesn't sound simple but it is.
Otherwise, if the sides of the rectange are not parallel to the x-axis y-axis, you will need to use a simple sin/cosine or tan/cotan functions to make it simple.
It just gets a little more involved.
If you have a specific example, then a general solution can be given that would help you in understanding how simple this problem is.
