Two complimentary angles A and B have measures in thr ratio of 7 to 23 respectively. What is the ratio of the measure of the complement of angle A to the measure of the compliment of angleB? express your answer as a decimal to the nearest hundereth.

So they add up to 90 degree.
Thus,
$7x+23x=90$
Thus,
$30x=90$
Thus,
$x=3$
This denotes the konstant multipler
Thus,
$7(3)=21$
$23(3)=69$
