    equation please

    The equation of X-axis is

    (A) x = 0
    (B) y = 0
    (C) x + 5 = 0
    (D) y + 5 = 0

    Please help me solving this problem and explain..

    Hi rickymylv,

    As you move along the x-axis, the y-coordinate always stays at 0.

    Therefore, the equation of the x-asis is y = 0.
