    trapezoid

    ABCD is a trapezoid with AB parallel to CD, AB = 92, BC = 50, CD = 19,
    DA = 70.
    P is a point on the side AB such that a circle center P touches AD and BC. Find AP.

    1. Draw the trapezium.

    2. Complete the trapezium to get a triangle ABT.

    3. P lies on AB and the angle bisector of $\displaystyle \angle(ATB)$

    4. Use proportions to calculate AT and BT.

    5. Use Sine rule to calculate AP or PB.
