Your sketch should look like the attached drawing.

Use Pythagorean theorem:

$(30 ')^2 + h^2 = (80 ')^2$

Solve for h.

Since the line isn't exactly straight but a little bit curved your answer shoul be: $h \leq 74.2 '$
