Do you know what a radian is? It's the length of a radius on the circumference.

So in this case, one radian will be equal to 4cm.

So we're figuring out what proportion of the radius 1.38cm makes.

$\theta = \frac{1.38}{4} = 0.345$.

Does that make sense?
