Math Help - volume of cyclinder

    volume of cyclinder

    i have a Cylinder (see botton of text) and i need to fine the area of it and the volume. the radius of the shape is 8cm and the side is 8cm also. if any of you can help please post back thanks.

    This is pretty much "plug and chug" into the formulas.

    The volume of a cylinder is \pi r^2h and the [surface] area is 2\pi r h + 2\pi r^2. You are given what r and h are.

    Can you try to take it from here?
