This is pretty much "plug and chug" into the formulas.

The volume of a cylinder is $\displaystyle \pi r^2h$ and the [surface] area is $\displaystyle 2\pi r h + 2\pi r^2$. You are given what $\displaystyle r$ and $\displaystyle h$ are.

Can you try to take it from here?
