see attachment for the picture. i have a picture and i need to fine the measurement of the rounded bit by using pie and radius. if you know the answer please post back. thanks. hope attachment works.

Your figur consists of 3 squares with the side length 3 and a quarter circle of radius 3. (see attachment)

Not sure what exactly you have to calculate I'll give you the area:

$a = 3 \cdot \underbrace{3^2}_{area\ of\ one\ square} + \frac14 \cdot \underbrace{\pi \cdot 3^2}_{area\ of\ the\ circle}= 9\left(3+\frac \pi4 \right)$

and the circumference:

$c = 6 \cdot 3 + \frac14\cdot 2\cdot \pi\cdot 3 = 3\left(6+\frac \pi2\right)$
