let h be height and r be radius

the volume of cone$\displaystyle =\frac{1}{3}\pi r^2 = 465$

the total surface area is given by

$\displaystyle

TSA=\pi r^2+2\pi r \sqrt{r^2+h^2}

$thus either height or radius of base should be given in the question(Talking)
