Similar Figures
Sorry bout the lame drawing.

Need some help with the following please!

I had the task of finding PQ... I made it out at 22.5 - can someone check that?

Alos I'm having trouble finding 'DE' - can anyone help me with that.... or take me through how to get an answer. Thanks!!!

It looks like the dimensions of the larger figure to the smaller figure are in a ratio (since they are similar) of 36:8. So PQ = (36/8)*5 = 22.5 as you stated.

The length of DE would then be (8/36)*27 = 6.

Only to the eye of faith.

But it seems likely that was intended, but it should still be stated.
