    geometry help

    The median from a vertex of triangle ABC is perpendicular to the opposite side . Prove that the triangle ABC is isosceles.

    Hi,
    you can use congruency...!
    let the median be AD
    now
    BD=CD
    <ADB=<ADC
    AD=AD
    hence through SAS
    you get ABD is congruent to ACD
    so AB=AC..where were you stuck..?
