    Simple Geometry




    I just need some explaining of how to solve this. I have not done this in a while. Can someone help please? I need help soon. Thank you

    Opposite angles are equal. Thus you have:

    3x + 11 = 125

    Solve for x.

    What you have are vertical angles.

    So the angles are equal.

    All you have to do is solve;

    for the first: 3x + 11 = 125

    for the second: 3x - 14 = 31

    You can do that, right?
