<BAC = <ACE (Note the parallel lines AB and EC, then use alternate interior angles)
arc AE = 2<ACE (Inscribed angle theorem)
arc AC = 2<BAC (Angle between tangent and chord theorem)
arc AE=arc AC (Symettric and Transitive property)
arc AC=arc CD (Equal chords create equal arcs)
arc AE=arc CD (Transitive property)
<EDA = <DAC (Inscribed angles in equal arcs are equal)
ED||AC (Converse of parallel posulate, since <EDA and <DAC are alternate interior and are equal we conclude the two lines are parallel).
