How would you find the volume of a right rectangular prism with lenght 12 in., width 10 in., and height 6 in.

V = length*width*height ......all a quick google search away if you forgot the formula

Or for any right or oblique prism, regardless of the shape of the base:

$v=\beta h$ where $\beta$ is the area of the base and h is the perpendicular height between the planes of the two bases.
