The Diameter of the sphere is 8 meters so its radius is 4 meters.

So the height of the cylinder is 16meters

So the total volume is

Volume of the cylinder + 1/2 Volume of the sphere

$\displaystyle V=\pi(4m)^2(16m)+\frac{1}{2}\cdot \frac{4}{3}\pi(4m)^3$

$\displaystyle V=64\pi(m)^3+\frac{128\pi}{3}m^3=\frac{320\pi}{3}m ^3$
