    Hello, Christie!

    Did you make any sketches?

    An art student forms a quadrilateral with congruent diagonals.
    This quadrilateral must be ...?
    Having equal diagonals does not define a particular shape.
    Is some information missing?

    On a blueprint for a house, if the master bedroom is a parallelogram
    with at least one right angle, then the master bedroom will be the shape of ...?
    In a parallelogram, if there is one right angle, it will have four right angles.
    . . The master bedroom is a rectangle.

    If a farmer makes a quaderilateral frame out of four congruent boards,
    no matter how it is put together this frame will always be ...?
    A quadrilateral with four equal sides is a rhombus.

    A quadrilateral foundation with four congruent angles must be the shape of ...?
    Try making a sketch . . .

    If the quadrilateral has four equal angles, they must be right angles.
    . . The foundation is a rectangle.

    If a game board is a quadrilateral with diagonals that bisect each other,
    the game board will be ... ?
    If the diagonals bisect each other, it is a parallelogram.

    While putting sheets on the outside of the house,
    a construction worker cuts a peice of plywood such that
    it is a quadrilateral with exactly two consecutive right angles.
    This plywood has the shape of ... ?
    It looks like this . . .
    Code:
            * * * * *
            *        *
            *         *
            *          *
            * * * * * * *
    It is a trapezoid.

    Students cut a piece of paper into a quadrilateral with two pairs of congruent sides.
    The shape of each paper will be ... ?
    There are two possible shapes . . .

    If the equal sides are opposite each other, it is a parallelogram.
    Code:
              * * * * * * *
             *           *
            *           *
           *           *
          * * * * * * *

    If the equal sides are adjacent, the shape is called a "kite".
    Code:
                *
              *   *
            *       *
          *           *
           *         *
            *       *
             *     *
              *   *
               * *
