From the given $\Delta ABC \approx \Delta BDC$ (NOTE the order of the letters. That is important.)

Then read off: $\dfrac{AC}{BC}=\dfrac{n+2}{4},~\dfrac{AB}{BD}= \dfrac {m}{3}~\&~\dfrac{BC}{DC}=\dfrac{4}{2}$
