Am I correct in assuming that RSTV is a quadrilateral?

X= 60 and angle rsv = 30 because you plug x into rsv equation , but I'm not sure how to show the work
I figured it out : x/2 +/4 =45 then you multiply all by the LCD :4 which gives us 3x=180 divide x= 60 ... And for angle rst 60/2 = 30 ... Had a typo it should of said find x and angle rst
