    determine the midpoint and slope of segment $RS$ ... the perpendicular bisector will be the line passing through the midpoint with slope equal to the opposite reciprocal of the slope of segment $RS$ ... show us what you get.

    If the slope is m, the "opposite reciprocal" is -1/m. Do you know what the slope of the line through (-1, 6) and (5, 5) is? Do you know what the "standard form" for a line is?
