    What angle? Again, how are you defining the "measure of a minor arc". You have to know that before you can prove anything about the measure!

    Since Hilbert's axioms (See Moise, 1974) all angular measures are from zero to $\pi$. Therefore, a central angle be definition subtends a minor arc. That is unless you answer the asked question: What definition are you using?
