Calculating coordinates of midpoint of vector !

    Hi,

I do not have any mathematics background and I have a problem in my project related to maths.

I have coordinates of start (x1,y1,z1 )and end points (x2,y2,z2) of a vector and I want to calculate the coordinates of the midpoints of this vector.

    Please suggest the solution. Thanks.

    Hello,

the coordinates of the midpoint of a vector are the mean values of the coordinates of the startpoint and the endpoint.

    In your case:

    M\left(\frac{x_1 + x_2}{2},\ \frac{y_1 + y_2}{2},\ \frac{z_1 + z_2}{2} \right)
