Start by showing that triangle ABC is simuilar to both triangle ADE and triangle BEF, hence ADE is similar to BEF. This means that AD/EF = DE/BF. Finally since EF=DC, and DE=CF, you're there.

Statements Reason
Angle ADE=EFB=90 Degree Right Angle
Angle DAE=FEB Corresponding Angles

Hence ADE is similar to BEF By AA

AD/EF=AE/EB=DE/FB AS ADE is similar to BEF

AD/DC=CF/FB EF=DC and DE=CF
Hence Proved
