compare to dependence of circle based on the same ray like square above is 2,83 to 3,14 its 0,90

razera - you've posted on this same subject before. Yes, the ratio of a square's perimeter to it's diagonal is 4/sqrt(2) = 2.83. And yes, this is different than the value for pi:

$\displaystyle \frac {4/\sqrt{2}}{\pi} = \frac {2.8284...}{3.1416...} = 0.9003... $

But do you have a specific question?

By the way- you are also consistently using the word "ray" incorrectly. A "ray" is a line that has a specific "starting" point but then goes on infinitely. It is sometimes referred to as a half line. I suspect you mean "radius" of the circle.

I think the OP is using the term "ray" to mean the diagonal of the square and the diameter of the circle:
