Think coordinates. Put A at (0,0), B at (0,10), C at (9,10), etc. When you get to K, you easily find the distance to A.
Hi everyone,
Please help me solve this problem. I really appreciate your responses.
Problem: In the set of perpendicular segments (please see attachment), AB = 10 and every other segment is 1 unit shorter than the previous one (so
BC = 9, CD = 8, DE = 7, etc). What is the (straight line) distance from A to K?
