Using your straight edge only, construct a line perpendicular to the diameter of a circle containing an external point p above the circle. Thanks!

Let the end points of the diameter be A and B. Join BP, preferably the point nearest to P. Now mark point Q on line AB such that BP = PQ. find the midpoint R of BP. Join PR it will be perpendicular to AB.
