I'm in agreement with you: I have no idea what this actually means.

The question is not clear. Pl check which side is being produces. I feel it might be AC. In that case you will have angle ACB = ( 180 - angle A - angle B)= 180 - 60-85= 35

So angle BCD = 145 ( Linear pair )
