i know how to do part a, but not b and c. Do I sub in Or something? Like sub in x=3?
You say you have done part (a).
Then you should have an equation that looks like:
$\displaystyle (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2$ where $\displaystyle (h,k)$ is the center and $\displaystyle r$ is the radius.
That is also the way to do part (c), only 'unpack it'
As for part (b), you need to show that the point $\displaystyle (-3,k)$ is on the circle.
