cm. It is placed into a right cylinder with a radius of 9 cm and
drilled
by the middle of its height. If we don't want the water to overflow
what must be the height of the cylinder with the radius of 9 cm?

$\pi(9^2-6^2)h\ge\frac{1}{2}\pi\cdot6^2\cdot24$

Solve for $h$.
