Aug 2012 regents question (triangle points)

For a triangle, which two points of concurrence could be located outside the triangle?

(1) incenter and centroid

(2) centroid and orthocenter

(3) incenter and circumcenter

(**4**) circumcenter and orthocenter

I feel like all of those points must be inside the triangle.

Help!

This is question 24 on the Aug 2012 regents. The answer is **4** but I have no idea why.
