$\displaystyle ABC$ is a triangle and$\displaystyle R,P,Q$ are points lying respectively on $\displaystyle AB, BC$, and $\displaystyle CA$ and satisfying $\displaystyle AR=RP=CP$ and $\displaystyle RB=QR=CQ.$ Draw this triangle and mark$\displaystyle R,P,Q$.
I've tried but I only drawn a case when all sides are equal.

Assuming what I have said, the fact that "RP= CP" is a stringent requirement.
