    If the height of the pyramid is doubled and the base area is doubled, the volume would be multiplied by a factor of...

    If the height of the pyramid is doubled and the base edges is doubled, the volume would be multiplied by a factor of...

    I need help on how to solve these kind of problems.

    Let A=area of base and h=height So V=1/3Ah Volume of new pyramid (V1) is V1=(1/3)2A2h=4(1/3)Ah=4V
