Thread: another pass paper question (stationary points)

The curve y=ax^2 + bx where a and b are real constants, has a stationary point at (1,2). Calculate the respective value of a and b

OK i know how the do regular stationary point i.e. to find the stationary point, i am getting serious problems with these types of question please help........
