    Eight points are chosen on a circle, and chords are drawn connecting every pair
    of points. No three chords intersect in a single point inside the circle. How
    many triangles with all three vertices in the interior of the circle are created?

    The answer is 28.

    I honestly don't understand the problem.

    Draw a circle and choose 8 different points along the circle. For every pair of points draw a chord between them making sure no 3 chords intersect at a single point. (if you have 3 chords intersecting at a point you need to change one of your original 8 points). Now count the number of triangles inside the circle.
