$\mbox{Area}=4.5m \times 5m=22.5m^2$

$\mbox{Total cost per m^2}=$19+$4+£4.5=$27.5$

$\mbox{total cost}=\mbox{Total cost per m^2 \times Area}=$22.5 \times 27.5=$618.75$
