    Hello, aldrincabrera!

    I assume you didn't try sketching . . .

    Are the diagonals of a circumscribable quadrilateral always congruent?

    Of course not!

    Code:
                    A
             D    * o *    B
              o           o
            *               *
           *                 *

          *                   *
          *                   *
          *                   *

           *                 *
            *               *
              *           *
                  * o *
                    C

    \text{Quadrilateral }ABCD\text{ is circumscribable,}
    . . \text{but }AC \ne BD.
