I've attached a sketch so you can see how the construction should be done:

1. Connect corresponding original and image points.

2. The perpendicular bisectors of these connections intersect at the center of the rotation.

i don't understand. on my other ones i have had answers like, "90 degrees anticlockwise at (0,0)"
