To find the equation of a line given it is contained in a plane and cuts another line

I think the question here has a mistake or something, please help me out...

Given the equation of this line L (in euclidian space): L : r= (0+m)i + (3+0m)j + (9+m)k

and given that a line N which we have to find is contained in plane P: x + 2y + 2z =18

and given that N cuts L perpendicularly, how can we find N?

i'm confused because according to my calculations, L cannot be perpendicular to plane P....

please help, much appreciated!!!
