Where does your transformation send the point (6, 0)? after plotting the points, looks to me like a ccw rotation about the origin of magnitude $\displaystyle \theta = \arctan\left(\dfrac{5}{12}\right)$ the point $\displaystyle (6,0)$ maps to coordinates $\displaystyle (6\cos{\theta},6\sin{\theta})$
