The slope of a line is 1/3. If the line passes through point A at (0,-4), what is the equation of the line?

A. y = -1/3x + 4

B. y = 1/3x + 4

C. y = 1/3x - 4

D. y = 1/3x

Use y=mx+b, where m is the slope and b is the y intercept.
