Math Help - Instead of Getting 180 i get 160 , Help

    Instead of Getting 180 i get 160 , Help

    I have a Triangle and i have to solve for X, I have One angle 90Degrees , and the other to angles are 2x, and 3x
    I did this in the picture and got 160, I know i am slightly off in one of the procedures but i keep reviewing and can't find it

    I figured you might be rushing.

    I'd also add that you added your 24 and 36 to get 60. Then you added 100, not 90, to that to get 160. In fact, it's 90+60 which is 150.

    Keep practicing, you'll get there! You were doing great until you made those two mistakes. You've got the general idea of it.
