    translation of axes

    determine the new equation of 4y^2 -5x^2 + 8y - 10x - 21= 0 if the origin is translated to (-1,1)


    well my answer is 4y^2 +16 y -5x^2-4=0

    but when i graph,, the center is not in origin.. pls help
