Thread: Cutting a quadrilateral

Prove that any convex quadrilitareal can be cut to form 7 kites.

Honestly, I don't even have any idea on how to approach this.. Could you please help?

Well, what's YOUR definition of a convex quadrilateral, and of a kite?
Do you realise that a kite is a quadrilateral?

Convex quadrilateral: quadrilateral in which all the internal angles are smaller than 180^.
Kite: convex quadrilateral symmetrical against at least one of its diagonals.
